At the beginning of 2019 there are many new years resolutions made. Some resolutions won't be held to. Make a solution for yourself (a re-solution) to keep your goals. Don't just dream, Do.
Carve out time and make a plan for yourself to keep your goals. Remember it won't be achieved all at once - it's a process. Try to make small progress everyday, and celebrate that progress.
Personally, one of my [many] goals for 2019 is to eat less processed/packaged food. If I have the option to choose a granola bar or an apple I'm going to make the decision to choose the apple. And in the instance that I do choose a packaged food product, my goal is the read the packing label for ingredients that I don't want to harm my body (like MSG, etc) and/or choose an alternative.
